Miss you, Sis.

I miss my sister. A lot. Especially right now during this time of year. As friends and coworkers head out of town to spend it with their loved ones, I think about how much I’d love to be spending it in the rainy city just outside of Portland, with her and her hubby. 

But I can’t. And that’s just going to have to be okay. I’m grateful she’s still alive and that we can video chat, text, and IM to make up for it.
